How does billing work?+
Plans belong to a workspace. You approve a monthly mandate once on Cashfree’s secure page with UPI AutoPay or a card, and it renews automatically each month until you cancel. Add-ons can also be paid by netbanking or wallet.
Can I change plans or seats later?+
Any time. When you switch, the unused part of your current month is credited against the new plan, so you only pay the difference.
What happens when I cancel?+
No further charges are made. You keep every paid feature until the end of the month you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted, and you can resume before the period ends.
What if a payment fails?+
Cashfree retries automatically and we let you know. You keep your plan for a 7-day grace period — update the payment method any time to restore it.
Do add-ons expire?+
No. Extra runtime hours and storage are one-time purchases that stay with the workspace until they’re used.
Is my payment information safe?+
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments (PCI DSS compliant). Card and bank details are entered on Cashfree’s page — KODEO never sees or stores them.
Do you issue GST invoices?+
Every payment comes with a PDF receipt. Add your GSTIN in billing details and it appears on receipts; full GST tax invoices are on the roadmap.
